Celebrate The God in Our Midst

Celebrate The God in Our Midst

Ministering: Pastor Shola Awobajo.

Text: Psalm 46:1-5. ” 1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.”

God has been our Mighty Fortress, and it is time to render our praise to Him again.

Despite all the pestilence in our world, faithful has been The God in our midst. Our God is a Mighty Fortress.

He is the Defense that nothing can penetrate. Additionally, He is our ever present Help in time of need. On this earth, there is no power that is equal to that of our God. He only is The One that can make us survive the onslaught of the enemy; The Lord of Sabaoth is His Name from ages to ages. If He saw you through 2019, He is Faithful to see you through this Year. He has been our Great Shepherd (Psalm 23) for 33 days already this Year.

God is our Refuge and Strength. We are back as our monthly custom to appreciate Him for keeping us for another month, we are here to say, “Lord thank You for Your security over our lives and families.”

God has also been our Sufficiency. He provides for our daily needs and provisions. We are here to thank Him for His Sustenance and Supremacy over our lives. Psalm 46:4-5 says – There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of The Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
