November 2025 | The God of The Eleventh Hour

Text: Exodus 34:10-11.
“10 And He said: “Behold, I make a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of the Lord. For it is an awesome thing that I will do with you. 11 Observe what I command you this day. Behold, I am driving out from before you the Amorite and the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Perizzite and the Hivite and the Jebusite.” NKJV
We serve a God of the eleventh hour. Nothing is impossible with Him as He is neither limited by time nor hindered by anything other than His Own will. God is set to do wonders (marvels) for as many that believe in Him. Many have lost hope that anything significant can still happen in their life this year; I am here to introduce you to the God of eleventh hour, Who is ever ready to help the weary.
All through the Scripture, We see this God of eleventh hour intervening in hopeless situations (like the case of Lazarus in John 11). God is never late, nor slack in fulfilling His Promise, many times it is for His name to be glorified. The more hopeless a situation seems, the greater the glory that will accrue to God; like Lazarus being raised from the grave after 4 days made more to believe in the Savior. God will arise and have mercy on Zion because now is the set time He wants to show favor.
We all have gone astray and are like a Sheep without a Shepherd. God is calling us back to Himself as salvation is of the Lord. If it took Him 6 days to create the Heavens and the Earth, He wouldn’t need more than a moment to change any situation.
Don’t give up, keep your trust and gaze on Him, He has never failed anyone who waited for Him. Many times, our impatience is what hinders Him; James 1:4 tells us – But let patience have its perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God.
How to Position Yourself for The 11th Hour Miracle
- Believe that it is never too late for God no matter how hopeless it seems – Matt. 19:26
- Stay faithful in your Waiting. Hab. 2:3
- Engage in fervent and focus prayer
- Walk in obedience and holiness
- Serve in His church and also be a medium of blessing to others in need.
- Speak and declare faith over that mountainous situation – Job 22:28, Mark 11:23
- Be sensitive and stay alert to every divine Instruction especially from the Altar. John 2:5
In closing, God is a very compassionate God, 2 Chron. 7:14 tells us to humble ourselves in prayer before Him so He can heal our land. Many times, Israel backslide and each time they repented and sought the Lord, He restored and blessed them. Like the prodigal son, We all need to come to ourselves and return to the Lord; He said come unto Me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest (Matt. 11:28-29).
Only God can give you a new leaf and turn that “mess” into a miracle. Matt. 20:6-9, the Lord Jesus Christ still recruited laborers into His vineyard at the 11th hour and still paid them full wage.
